I wanted to create something new and personal that could be translated into physical reality and that people could relate to. Elena Bergamin

My collection

I have designed a menswear collection of ten outfits (three of which I have sewn) where print plays a central role. Colours and fabrics clash together and street style meets tailoring to create unusual – but still somehow balanced – silhouettes.

My inspiration

My inspiration came from the everyday life in a contemporary metropolis: many people feel overwhelmed by the crowds, the speed, the stress, the lack of personal, private spaces. This became the founding theme of my collection, “Urban Anxiety”.

My design in 3 words

Maximalist, clashing, experimental.
